Eligibility Forms Deadlines Awarding Funds
Graduating senior
students who reside in Tyngsborough may apply for a scholarship with
the Tyngsborough Scholarship Trust.
To be eligible for a scholarship, students must..
1. have a GPA of 2.0 or greater,
2. submit application materials by the established deadline,
3. participate in an interview, and
4. successfully complete their assigned route for the Door-to- Door Drive.
Applications are available in mid February. A pplication packets will be available to graduating seniors through their guidance departments and will be posted to this website.

| April 1, 2012 | Student applicants receive their assigned routes for the REQUIRED Door to Door Drive |
| April 1 - May 1, 2012 | Timeframe for students to complete their route |
| April 11. 2012 | Students first turn in for Drive donations |
| May 1, 2012 | Students second/final turn in for Drive donations |
| May 9 &10, 2012 | Students will receive their scheduled interview with a Trust Committee member |
| Award Nights or Graduation | Students receive their award Letters |
The applicant's GPA and success in the door to door drive are used to help determine the size of the award. The awarding of scholarships is voted on by the TST committee. Students must submit proof of post-secondary enrollment before funds are disbursed. Awards are given in two installments; one at the beginning of their first semester and one at the beginning of second semester.
